I bought the Roff R-70 Mill because of Roff’s trusted reputation in the industry. When you buy a mill, you can import one which is risky, so I decided to rather choose a local company with the view of building a longstanding relationship with them.
I’ve always believed that I can only run as far and as fast as my service provider allows me to run… and that’s what Roff has done: allowed us to run as fast as we can.

With a footprint of only 14m x 9m, the R-70 is compact and economical without requiring any special structures or builds. In most cases, an existing warehouse can be repurposed, as long as the roof is at least 10 metres high directly above the milling area. Standard industrial concrete floors are sufficient; no special flooring is required.

Double conditioning results in higher moisture in the final product. While single conditioning is acceptable for quality purposes, less moisture in your final product will negatively impact weight, which in turn negatively impacts your bottom line.

Visits can be scheduled with qualified Roff technicians for regular maintenance. The R-70’s built-in maintenance floors make maintenance a breeze by providing technicians with enough space and easy access to different sections of the mill.

Need a different capacity?
If you require a mill with a different capacity, consider the Roff R-40 or C-80 models, capable of processing 2 to 3 tons per hour and 4 to 5 tons per hour, respectively.
In the market for something smaller? Have a look at the SP-1 with a capacity of 650kg - 1 ton per hour. All models produce maize meal of exceptional quality, achieving Roff's best-in-class extraction rates.
