We currently ship worldwide, but items purchased online can only be shipped to South
Africa.

To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us
or alternatively select pickup and arrange your own shipping.

Normally it takes 2-5 days for South African orders. International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

Items must be returned within 21 days after receiving your order by logging a return request by email to sales@roff.co.za.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused.

A 20% handeling fee will be charged on returned items.
