Maize Roller Mill - MK6D 419
This machine is used to mill maize into meal for clients in areas that require excellent top quality meal.
The machine consists of an inlet hopper, a feeder adjustment, four pairs of rollers, three screening sections and bagging off attachments. The product passes through two pairs of grooved rollers which turn towards each other, then over the first screening section where the meal, bran and grit are separated. The grit passes through the third pair of rollers and screening section where the meal, bran and grit are separated. The final grit passes through the fourth pair of rollers and screening section where the meal and bran are separated. All the meal is collected in one channel and all the bran in another. This machine has a very gradual breaking down process to ensure minimum bran breakage and to enable the screening process to remove the maximum amount of bran so that the end product is of outstanding pure quality.
